How many days after I submit my online reservation will I get a reply from you ?

We will contact you via phone, fax or E-mail as soon as possible to confirm your request. Usually it takes 1 to 2 working days.

 

How many days before the rental date should I place my order?

At least 2 days before. But for your best service we recommend the sooner the better.

 

Do you need to know my credit card details?

No, credit card details are not needed.

 

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, you can pay by credit card on the delivery of the vehicle.

 

Which credit cards do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

 

Can I pay in Cash?

Yes, you can pay in cash and we also accept foreign money (Dollars, Pounds, e.t.c.). We will exchange your money in Euros using the current exchange rate.

 

Can I take my car outside Corfu Island?

Yes, you can. But only with the permission of the Alpha Car Rental.

 

What documents must I have with me when you deliver my car ?

Driving license and passport.

 

What if a friend of mine wants to drive the car from time to time ? Do you charge extra for that ?

All drivers must be named on the contract. There is no extra charge.

 

Do I have to make a deposit when I collect my car ?

We take a deposit of  €50 which will be refunded.

 

Are baby seats provided? How much do they cost ?

Baby seats are for free.

 

What happens if I do not return the car on time?

We want the car on time so we can clean it and prepare it for the next customer. So, in case of a delay, it is better to contact us and we will make an agreement. Otherwise, you will be charged extra, depending the situation.

 

Is there any possibility to get a different type of car than the one I have booked ?

Yes, sometimes for some unpredictable reason, we give you a different type of car if the one you have booked is not available. But you always take a similar car  with no extra charge.

 

Can I collect my car from your office ?

Can you deliver my car at any time of the day?

Yes, we are able to deliver your car at any time at any place. Although for delivery between 21:00 to 09:00 there is an extra charge of  € 15.00.

 

Is there an extra charge for returning between 21:00 to 09:00?

No extra charge.

 

What if there is a change in my arrival time?

Please contact us as soon as possible.

 

Do I pay more if  I make more kilometers than the usual ?

No, we offer unlimited kilometers.
